If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Socmanage a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any such feedback for any purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
SOCMANAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCMANAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCMANAGE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO SOCMANAGE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Socmanage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We’ll notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
